Jack Williams in Palmyra did it again! I stopped their today telling them that I had an inspection coming up in a few days and that my TPMS light was on. I'd explained that I'd just replaced all my tires with much better tires from the same model car that I'd had off the road for a year or so. I asked them if they could do something to reset the TPMS light. The gentleman at the desk went into the garage to speak with one of his experts, came back out, and told me that they may be able to fix this right now. Within 20 minutes, it was fixed - no more TPMS light. Wow, very impressive and prompt service once again from this local Jack Williams shop - and, they didn't even charge me. They didn't even know if I was a customer - they'd never asked. Still, yep, they did it for free. Just love these guys!
Review back in 2021: They got my tires changed the same day that I'd called them. They ordered the tires I wanted, since they didn't have them on stock, but they had these tires on hand within a few hours and installed them. Great experience!”

“Great place for vehicle maintenance and repairs. Communication is always top notch and I have never had an issue with a repair. When they fix it, it’s fixed. I’ve tried a couple other places over the years but now these guys are the only place I take my vehicles.”
