“Gave this a five star based on selection, customer service and aesthetics. The interior is very nice and clean with a major selection showing you by nice signs and sections for European options in wine. Whiskey and bourbon section has quite a few nice options especially Irish and Japanese along with many American classics and even limited edition options or more difficult ones to find. Overall very friendly customer service as well but the COVID plexy glass is kinda annoying still. Obviously all for customer safety but it's kinda hard to check out sometimes with many bottles and only two hands. Otherwise top notch store around.”
“Brass Rail has been fantastic during the pandemic. Whenever I call up and ask about certain beers, they are always happy to help and look around and answer my questions. I love that they continue to offer curbside pickup. We are definitely going to continue using them. I cannot stress enough how helpful I have found them. Thank you!”

“Stopped on 7-15-24 (in from out of town) around 530pm and the lady behind the counter was extremely nice and walked down isle with me helping me look for Chocolate beer and answered all my questions, sorry I didn't get your name, great customer service”
