This is a long awaited feedback as I have been dealing with Lane Ryan Auction for years. My first real big purchase thru their auction was my house in 2014, then a few years later I purchased a new headquarters for my business and just recently, I purchased a very nice condition, low mileage Audi A8. I highlighted the larger auctions I participated in but have been buying all kinds of other items from them for years with no issues. They all have been very professional, easy to deal with with and a very easy auction site to keep up to date with what auctions are coming up. A great company to buy from and to sell excess inventory with. I did use Lane Ryan as well for a company I used to work for when we needed to liquidate excess inventory before our move. Wonderful Staff and a great experience!

My livelihood has been based off of Auctions for several years. All along, I've had excellent buying and item pick-up experiences with Lane Ryan Auctions. Previews are organized, auction and item details are on point, the online bidding platform is responsive/easy to use, Checkout/payment is good with a detailed itemized receipt, extra effort is taken to cross check purchased items vs. loaded items, the staff is well trained and personable is my typical LRA experience. Furthermore, I would highly consider LRA if I ever needed an Auction Service. SOLD!

Ryan is a uniquely genuine person committed to customer satisfaction. It was obvious that Erica and crew share the same passion for excellence and integrity. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable on a broad spectrum of items. They were very organized and efficient with the setup and execution of the auction. They were respectful and courteous and went over and above to answer all questions or requests. I will absolutely utilize their services again for all my auction needs! Easy bidding, clear instructions for buyers, and pickup information, they called to say I could pickup early before my assigned time. There were people there to help with loading ( did not need help, but they were there). Great overall experience.

I saw an ad for an auction recently. I loved how they did the layout of all the items that needed to be sold. It was very easy to make a bid on the website. When picking up the items at the property, I was greeted in a very professional and helpful way.

Lane Ryan sold my property in June, 2022 I would highly recommend him as an agent. His integrity is exemplary, in that he is honest and did exactly what he said he would do. My home sold for market value and settled on time.
