I’ve been a long time customer at this location, even prior to it being JhettSet. My experience with the store, staff, quality of clothing, quality of experience and overall has been five plus stars.
I was saddened by some of the lower star reviews as I read through things. It’s hard to believe that a singular interaction would lead to someone leaving a poor review. After all we are human and we ALL have bad moments.
Having said all of that I decided to write an excellent review to counteract the seeming immaturity of some one star reviews. Not only do I believe they are not deserved, I also believe that some of those people are in need of working retail for a few months. I hope they have to put on a smile and always be gracious and thoughtful of everyone else no matter what might be plaguing their personal life. Heaven forbid them to have a bad day or a poor exchange with a customer. I’d really love to be able to review the reviews.
Anyway, I hope that everyone reads the good reviews and sees how great this small family owned business is and I hope that after reading this you are kind to those that work there. My experiences have been great for the last 20 years, not one single bad exchange to speak of.

The best consignment boutique I’ve ever been to. Clean and organized by both size and color, so super easy to find cute items! Good experience as a seller also: their guidelines online are very clear.

I called the other day and had asked about making an appointment to bring in clothes, the person who answered the phone was very rude and inconsiderate, they just asked for my information then hung up as soon as the call was over, I will NOT be consigning clothes with them. As a customer simply REACHING OUT to consign this turned me off instantly.

What a great store!!! My co worker recommended it to me and I bought three beautiful pieces for only $40! If you're looking for unique and good quality clothes - go here! I will definitely be back soon.
Update: I can't leave the store without buying something! They have amazing stuff every time I go!!
Second update: Went by and snagged 3 items on a whim. Their clothes are so unique! Can't wait to go back and shop again! :)

The clothing here is basically like buying brand new it's great! All sizes have an excellent selection, you can find any color of clothing and it's organized so well you won't get lost. Plus, the staff is so friendly and helpful and always been there to assist with what I'm searching for! You have to go!

Totally not sure where Dina shopped but it definitely wasn’t JhettSet! This is one of the nicest consignment stores around and all of my wardrobe comes from here (not even exaggerating). The selection is amazing, pricing is very fair, and the employees and owner are absolutely wonderful! I love that I can consign my clothing to help fund my love of this store. The lighting is great, especially since we are just talking about clothes, not fine art. It definitely doesn’t look or smell like a dungeon and it’s decorating perfectly! The most recent updates are gorgeous and this will always be my favorite place to shop! Why pay full price when you can get a hell of a deal at a LOCALLY OWNED SMALL BUSINESS!Love it here!! 5000000 stars from me!

I have been a customer of JhettSet Closet almost from its inception. I am always greeted cheerfully by the staff, often by name (and overhear them doing the same for others that enter the store). I now shop here almost exclusively, in particular for work events. I am always able to find pieces that are very high quality at a price point that I can afford - and that are unique and reflect my personality. The team is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. On any given day, at least one item I’m wearing is from JSC!

JhettSet is my go to spot! I love that you can find everyday staples (I have found the cutest Converse and Nikes) anddd fun designer pieces all in one place. It’s well organized, which makes it easy to browse. Casey and her staff are always fantastic— Jhettset is worth a visit!!!

This store is in DIRE need of good lighting, you walk in and it feels like you're shopping in a dungeon. Tacky décor everywhere. Most inventory is overpriced even with the mark down system, and consistency within pricing is non-existent. (Which is a shame because this store has some great designer names.) Did I mention it smells like a basement? Staff is engaging but not very kind to all customers/consignors. Dated mannequin displays and just overall poor customer experience. Save yourself the trip.

Just a great place to shop! My wife found several outfits and the staff was very helpful! We will be back!
