We did shopping today staff was really rude with customer she just dumping the clothes improperly we did shopping for 250$ she just dumped in one bag highly not recommended here thank you

I am laughing a little bit at the first review here. It is from six years ago and has nothing to do about the business.We are a family of seven and my wife came in today and bought about 10 different things. I think it is our first time ever shopping here. I was not inside with her but she gave raving reviews! She said they had lots of good stuff and the staff was very nice. She did comment it was a little expensive but we knew that going in and it did not seem unreasonable.This is a great place for some high-end things if you need them! Lots of cuteness!

Outlet is deceiving, standard pricing for current season but great deals for off season items. The staff here is wonderful, polite and very helpful.

I visited the King of Prussia store to make a purchase and one of the items which was the blazer I wanted for my daughter wasn't in stock at the store for her picture day. The manager Amy from the Hershey, PA store who was assisting King of Prussia's store called her location to check the item's availability and her store had the item. She suggested I make the purchase and told me she would bring the item from her Hesrhey store location to King of Prussia store the next day. I made the purchase and the following day she called and told me item was ready for pickup. Amy is a gem and I was impressed with her customer service as well as the King of Prussia associates customer service. She went out of her way to assist me and made my day. My little kindergatener is so excited for her pictures today with her beautiful outfit! Love this store

Unique designs and rich fabrics! Wish there was an outlet store in the Midwest! Clothes are beautiful, and arranged with coordinates and accessories to match. Pricey items, but outlet sales are great!
