“Our stay at the Hershey Hotel in Hershey, Pennsylvania, was nothing short of exceptional! The staff was incredibly friendly, with a special shoutout to Taylor from guest services who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The property itself is gorgeous, providing a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. They are extremely accommodating and wonderfully kid-friendly, making it a perfect family getaway.
The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and there are many other great restaurants on the property. Just a tip: make reservations early to secure your spot. The shuttle service to the park is convenient and efficient, adding to the overall ease of our stay.
The hotel boasts a wonderful outdoor kids' pool and an indoor pool, both of which our family thoroughly enjoyed. There are plenty of fun activities to keep everyone entertained. We highly recommend the Hershey Hotel for a delightful and memorable experience!”
“Everything about my experience was great.Check in was quick, the room was clean and well appointed.The Continental breakfast offers many gluten free options. This was surprising and very much appreciated. I hope that more hotels will offer gluten free bagels and muffins in addition to the usual breakfast options.Rooms: The room was very clean and spacious.Food & drinks: There are many gluten free options available.”

“Went to Hershey for the weekend and we booked 2 rooms- very clean, staff was friendly, especially Elle at the front desk. She was so sweet and even gave my kids a little goody bag with a nice handwritten card. Those are the gestures we will always remember. Definitely staying here again should we come back to Hershey.
The location was so close to all of the attractions and restaurants. It was perfect!”

“Was a great place to stay and a wonderful location with a great price but the bed in the room11 was not enjoyable to sleep on and the room was definitely not the cleanest and could use a updating.”
“Nice place for a conference. Employees were not the most friendly considering this should be a happy place.
The rooms were nice but looking dated. Not sure it's worth #300+/night. I spent that much at a Waldorf in new orleans and was a much higher end experience.”

“Great location near Hershey Park. Rooms were average overall, but very well kept and clean. All the staff here I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. When I had a dead car battery the next morning, the front desk staff were happy and quick to help me out. The laundry room person who assisted me was really nice. I wish I could remember his name to give him thanks here. Free breakfast has a great selection to get the day started. The only thing missing is a shuttle to Hershey Park to avoid paying the parking fee there. I'll be back my next visit to Hershey.
Rooms: Somewhat basic, but nice and well kept.
Nearby activities: Hershey Park a 5 minute drive away. Downtown Hershey very close by, 2-3 minute drive, with many good restaurants.
Walkability: Not really walking distance to much, although we did do the 2 mile walk to Hershey Park the first night were we were there since we're avid walkers.”
