They NEVER call about meds that need to be ordered. I’ve asked for refills a WEEK in advance to allow ample time but when I went to pick it up, they said “sorry it’s not here. This has happened several times - I order an Rx for a refill or have a new one sent in & they don't fill it because it's out of stock... AND they don't call to tell me. I go in a few days later, and my Rx still isn't in! They don't call about out of stock meds, issues with billing, or anything.
