This location has had it's ups and downs, but talk to any parent about their childcare and you'll find all places do. However, we've been very happy with the improvements they've made. Angelica is so sweet and we're so happy she's back. The teachers know all the kids names and my toddler has learned so much with them. Mrs. B, Ms. Rosemary and Ms. Stephanie are the best.

We have been at KinderCare for almost a year now. We love how responsive Kresta and Angelica are when we communicate via the message board. Both women love this center, the kids and their teachers. We know our daughter is taken care of, is loved and is being taught well in this facility. We are thankful for KinderCare and the safety it provides. They really are a group of people who love what they do and do it well regardless. Thank you KinderCare! We are grateful for you!

Had an interview where the director complained about her employees most of the time. Said they didn’t do their jobs right and said they were rude as well. I would not recommend placing your children in their care. It seems like a lot of shadiness goes on in the background. Also they have issues with cleanliness.

First of all, this review is not a reflection on the teachers we had at Kindercare. Both of our children loved their teachers and had good experiences. However, the teachers were the only bright spot in our experience. We experienced frequent, unplanned closures of classrooms, as well as frequently moving our children to different classrooms away from their friends and known teachers in order to meet staffing rations. They had a taking enrollments sign up by the street at the same time they were closing early because of lack of staffing. There were no rules for the children and subsequently no consequences for misbehavior. This resulted in out of control classrooms and I frequently heard teachers yelling at kids. My two year old unfortunately learned new misbehaviors at the Center due the lack of control.Last but not least, we experienced issues with our account balance several times and both times required me to follow up multiple times in order for the balance to be corrected to the amount we owed.In summary, I cannot recommend this center unless you want teachers yelling at or simple ignoring your child, and have someone in your life to pick your child up early on a regular basis

Amazing staff here at the center! Our child loves the interactions she gets in the morning when being dropped off! The teachers seem to genuinely care about each of the kids. This center also has a male teacher, which is amazing, to give the kids a different interaction than they would get at many other daycares.Price wise the center is about even with all other centers in the area although they provide breakfast snack and lunch here at no extra cost

Remember first impressions are everything and this place was not it. We scheduled a tour with the director at 3:00pm. We arrived at 2:50pm, rang the bell for entry and no one came to the door for at least 3-5 minutes. We could see into the office which was empty. After waiting a "teacher" I am assuming came to the door and said that she apologizes but her boss stepped out or lunch and texted that she will be back in 5 minutes. Whatever, no problem; we were early anyways! She invited us to sit on the couch which we did. However, the couch is next to a guinea pig cage that smells well, like dirty guinea pig cage and smelled up the whole place. We are animal lovers, but that smell is something. There were rugs thrown by the back enterance blocking the door, it is a Friday maybe they are cleaning but still looked messy and a fire hazard. There was also a broom and pile of trash/dirt right across from where we were sat. Overall the place smelled and was dirty. Even if they were in the middle of cleaning, you have a tour and this is your main hallway/entrance! We sat there until 3:15pm before we left. While sitting there we did get to see one teacher with a student in the hallway playing and helping him to communicate using sign language which I thought was nice. However we could hear the other teachers/classrooms which sounded very chaotic and lots of yelling of the children and teachers. At 3:15pm, still with no sight of who was supposed to be giving us a tour, we left. Very unprofessional, unimpressive, and probably the worst impression you can give to a new family looking to trust you with their child's care. Not to mention pay a good amount for that care as well. Hard pass on this one.

The pricing is outrageous for quality of care. Not worth it. The age of stay at home parents, needs to become a thing again.

I would NOT recommend The Hershey KinderCare Center to parents of pre-school age children (3 and up). This center in particular has had a lot of staff issues recently and have been under investigation by their own regional office for quite some time. It is evident in how they handle dealing with normal behavior that could and generally does arise with children of this age. They are under staffed, which does not allow them to provide the quality time nor dedication that children of this age critically require. Instead, they will mandate that your children be outside in the play area a majority of the day (yes... in severe heat as well as cold)... And mix your preschoolers with older children without the proper monitoring, which will obviously set your young impressionable children up to learn new things that are not necessarily age-appropriate or in their best interest. Parents... if your children are currently attending this center, please keep a tight monitor on what your children are learning as well as communicating to you. Children of this age are very impressionable... But they are also honest to a fault... so please listen carefully and believe what they are saying... challenging with staff if your gut tells you to do so! Individuals that are currently running that center (Colbee and Amanda) May have the credentials to be there... however do not display the common knowledge it takes, which can't be just self taught.

All 3 of my babies attended this school! My oldest is on his way to college, my 10year enjoy meeting new friends and helping out when she can here! She’s still there, but She is moving on to Middle school soon, and will have to say good bye (sadly) in a next few months...I can trust Kindercare because they did a fantastic job with my two older ones-:).. Kindercare goes above and beyond to provide the best of care! The staffs are all great people! Some of them are friendly, some are kind! Some understands the drive u bring while rushing in and out of the building to pick up ur drop off your kids that they can just jump right in to help make transitioning easy!!! They strive not only in getting to know the children but also the parents on a day to day basics! and to me that’s just sweet!!

As busy working parents of three young children ages 5 years, 3 years, and 18 months, we have relied on Hershey Kindercare since our oldest was only 3 months old. Kindercare has been a wonderful partner with our family. With the new KinderCare app, we get realtime updates of our children all day. Our children's teachers clearly love and care deeply for our children as they provide frequent verbal and written (on the app) updates about the kids. They know our kids and their needs extremely well and have insight that only close caretakers would. The leadership is extremely flexible when I need to make temporary schedule changes for unexpected needs. They are very accommodating to our needs. Finally, I cannot believe the amount of information my children learn everyday at KinderCare. They routinely bring home a variety of artwork and are extremely proud to discuss what they learned, what it means, etc. I am routinely impressed by the knowledge, vocabulary and information they bring home each day. And reflecting back to when they were in the infant class, the teachers were extremely accommodating to my specific requests around breastmilk, feeding, diapering etc. They always provided helpful insight and listened carefully to my requests. Next year our oldest will start kindergarten and while she is excited, she repeatedly shares how sad she will be to not be at KinderCare everyday. I cannot recommend the care and staff at KinderCare enough. After 5 years of partnering with them and 3 kids in, I feel like the teachers and staff are a part of our family.

After only a month or 2 of my son going here I decided I needed to find a different daycare for my son. The teachers seemed like they didn't even want to be there. The kids were misbehaved and the teachers didn't seem to do much about it. It didn't seem like my son learned much of anything. My son didn't seem to enjoy his time there. Paying all of that money I feel like the care and atmosphere should be way better. Would not recommend.
