Their inspection is good. But they quoted for parts and labor with something that could be done with half of the quoted amount from other garages. Labor charge is insane!

First off the guy answered with an attitude then said it will be 2 weeks out to do any work I said I need front back brakes serpentine belt and headlights put on just the bulb I have all parts just need labor he quoted me 1,000 for brakes $200 for serpentine belt and $50 for the bulbs so total 1,250 funny another mechanic quoted $200 total such a Rip off

Great place for vehicle maintenance and repairs. Communication is always top notch and I have never had an issue with a repair. When they fix it, it’s fixed. I’ve tried a couple other places over the years but now these guys are the only place I take my vehicles.

I had my jeep towed to Hershey Auto after the throttle gave up on me on I81. The staff at Hershey Auto Center did an excellent job of communicating timelines, price estimates, diagnosing and fixing the problem.

The toughest service to find is not just a good, but a trustworthy garage. Don & the guys are exceptional. Communication it top notch and the work done is reliable. The knowledge base of the staff as a whole is fantastic and comprehensive. We have always felt taken care.

Took my car over to Hershey Auto to have new tires and an alignment done. I have to say, Donny and his team were great! Not only did they fit me in quickly but went over several in depth different tire options with me. ( I have to say, he is exceptionally knowledgeable.) Hershey Auto Center is the best! My grandpa is a mechanic and as such, I'm always a bit wary going to a shop that isn't him/isn't his pal. Well, sometimes you need your car checked out and there isn't time to get to the grandparents. I called Hershey Auto and they could get me in within the week!All the correspondence I've had with them has been informative and best of all: kind. Don explained what I needed done and didn't try to add anything. They have early drop off available, so I could leave my car the night before and fill out a form/envelope and slide it in the bay safely. My car was ready before I was even done with work the next day. Their transparency gave so much peace of mind. Now for the best part: the price! I was expecting to pay three times what I was charged here. I can truly say they treated me like a grandkid and took great care of me! Highly recommend and can't thank them enough.
