After 2 years of having accounts here and having been treated rudely and/or with ignorance most of the time, I finally decided to close our accounts. I tried to ignore it because it was close enough to walk to and I thought that people in this area simply weren't used to people who looked like us. However, after hearing the tone of voice they used with my husband yesterday, which was not nearly as bad toward me (my husband's main language is not English), and realizing that this had been his experience all along, I immediately closed all of our accounts. Good riddance. Even the last encounter was horrible, with them asking if we were closing our accounts because of the national coin shortage -- how ridiculous and very condescending to even assume this. Seeing places like this that remain open speaks volumes about the minds in this area and makes me feel ashamed to call Hershey home.

Warning! Fulton banks are gradually closing up. Your best bet is to go to a credit union. I’ll be glad to see them go out of business.

The customer service is amazing. I felt as though I had just walked into a family home that also happens to take care of my money. All bankers treat you as a friend rather than trying to get you to hurry up and get out.

Absolutely incompetent! Wasted half my day only to have to return to do what they could have done in the first place. Rude and ignorant. Stay away!
