Love Francescas so much but the staff at this location was so rude. I picked up shoes under the clearance area, marked as clearance with a red pen and when I went to check out they didn't come up as so the lady argued they weren't on clearance. Acted like I was stupid even though the box had red writing on it. So when I told her nevermind I'll just pass on them she seemed annoyed having to take them off.

This store was a mess. Years ago it was one of my favorite boutiques but going back I was not impressed. They have far too much product without direction. The store had products thrown everywhere, the hangers of clothes were tossed all over, and it felt cheap with high priced tags. Too bad that they seem to have lost focus, they used to be a neat boutique.

Largest store in my hometown area. Beautiful clothing and I never have to pay full price. Thankful Francescas takes student discounts. Worth the 40 minute drive there to the outlets.

Don't know why I even bother taking my daughter in here. The multiple times we have gone in the sales associates are always distant and frigid. We always laugh because we say it must be a prerequisite if you get a job there. We always walk out because of the lack of service.

Rude staff. Never helpful. The employees talk across the store to each other. They don’t care about their customers.
