The procedure is simple, you pay first and then wait for your turn. For basic service, it costs 13$ and take few minutes for wash only, with soap and water. The basic doesn't offer air for drying, so you have to pay additional dollar/per minute of air or you can just drive. It will be dry anyway.
Other two kind of services cost 15-19$ for more than basic and premium service which includes pressure cleaning, air drying and many more, takes longer time also.

Unfortunately the vacuums here are hit or miss, it seems every time I go I get one that's not working properly.

Car wash is just pressured water with extremely poor drying. The windows aren’t cleaned properly and no drying at all. You’d drive out with water still all around. I used regular wash option and it’s was useless. Then I used vacuum which showed $3 for 5 mins but I was charged $10. I highly recommend to never use this car wash! Despite I was given $15 for first wash, I will never use this or suggest anyone to get car wash here, even if it’s free.

Washed my car manually and went to vacuum my vehicle and the vacuum did not work after I put my credit card in. Called the office at fast lane. A person actually answered and told me the money would be back on my account the next day and it was. I also received a text that the problem was resolved the next day and the vacuum was fixed.

$5:00 slips really fast. I spent $11:00 still not satisfied with the cleaning.The timer runs fast.

Original review: One star: No soap dispensed during wash, car still dirty when I drove out. Learn from my mistake, don't waste your money....Update to three stars: they did provide free wash but still disappointed that they did not address a known problem.

The worst car wash I have been to! my pickup truck back window and tailgate are not even touched! Hell, the door area under the mirrors are still dirty! Don't waste you money here, just wait for it to rain. You'd be better off!
