Great location near Hershey Park. Rooms were average overall, but very well kept and clean. All the staff here I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. When I had a dead car battery the next morning, the front desk staff were happy and quick to help me out. The laundry room person who assisted me was really nice. I wish I could remember his name to give him thanks here. Free breakfast has a great selection to get the day started. The only thing missing is a shuttle to Hershey Park to avoid paying the parking fee there. I'll be back my next visit to Hershey.
Rooms: Somewhat basic, but nice and well kept.
Nearby activities: Hershey Park a 5 minute drive away. Downtown Hershey very close by, 2-3 minute drive, with many good restaurants.
Walkability: Not really walking distance to much, although we did do the 2 mile walk to Hershey Park the first night were we were there since we're avid walkers.

Great place to stay if you are in town for a Hershey Bears game or if you want to go to l Hershey Park.
Also there was a buzzing noise I heard all night long every minute or so which was weird.

Nice Hotel with pleasant ambiance!! Good breakfast buffet, with good parking around! Decent rooms with ample spacing!! Great place to stay be it a business or personal visit!!

Excellent customer service, comfortable beds, clean rooms. The pool is well maintained. Very happy with our stay and the free breakfast.

I stayed the night of April 10. The room was great but the tv didn’t work. Housekeeping came and determined a part was missing. They offered to move me to another room and I declined because I had already unpacked and was only staying one night. Donna from housekeeping came back to my room and said I know you didn’t want to move but I can’t leave you here. She had changed my room to one directly across the hall and helped me move all of my belongings to the new room. I am in a customer service industry and I was really impressed by this. Huge shoutout to Donna she deserves.
Rooms: Clean and roomy
Noteworthy details: Value was good. Customer service was exceptional.

Room was clean; kitchen staff were extremely friendly. Only 2 issues with our room, one TV didn't work well, and only 2 outlets had tight fitting sockets. The others were loose and you could hear electricity arcing inside.
Be sure you tell your children or watch your kids when they want to use wifi. Signing into premium wifi only takes your room number and last name to get charged and it looks like a default sign in for hotels, but you do get charged. Fortunately the staff removed my charges even though we didn't use the service.

Stayed here for a night so we could attend a concert at the Giant Center. Great location for this venue. The room was very spacious, front desk staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, several hot and cold choices. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area

The room appeared clean, however, when entering there was the smell of men's cologne. Our tv reception was poor, at best, as we could only get one channel, HLN. And our breakfast experience was very unappetizing. The hot water steamers, to keep the eggs and sausage hot, were absolutely disgusting. I don't think they have ever been cleaned. I have pictures of the brown, stagnant liquid, which I assume is not sanitary. The food was not served on time, which gave us the opportunity to see the gross conditions. Needless to say, we did not eat the food.
