Went to Hershey for the weekend and we booked 2 rooms- very clean, staff was friendly, especially Elle at the front desk. She was so sweet and even gave my kids a little goody bag with a nice handwritten card. Those are the gestures we will always remember. Definitely staying here again should we come back to Hershey.
The location was so close to all of the attractions and restaurants. It was perfect!

This was a great hotel to stay. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was great. And 5 minutes from Hershey Park. Couldn’t ask for more!

The hotel was in a great location to food and services, the room was fairly clean
But two major problems with the room and it was the shower/tub and how slippery it was , no texture and my special needs son almost fell and i had to catch him, i too almost fell as well . That bath is a death-trap.
The shower water has some issues i need to figure out , you put shampoo in hair was it out and step back out of the water and it felt as if the soap never left your head , the same happened to my body as well.
I have never experienced water that would not remove the soap. If we go back up i will find another place, very expensive with a low budget feel. 09-11-2024 just got home
When i told them at the desk they did not offer much help, lady did say did the shower get slippery once i added soap WTH i thought soap was allowed in showers.

Stayed one night while in Hershey. Nice courtyard with super friendly staff. Location is excellent just a few minutes from Hershey park. Loved the EV charging feature - high quality Tesla chargers and decent speed. Great bonus feature.

Marriott is always a wonderful hotel to stay at. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always clean and comfy . We always stay at Marriott it's are favorite place to stay.

Last stayed 7/22-7/24/2024. 5 years ago the hotel originally was an amazing hotel, fast forward to 2024, the only thing going for this hotel still is the location. The rooms are showing their age, my comforter had a hair on it that was not my color nor length, the beds are like rocks and feel like park benches with sheets on them, the bathrooms have this strange looking orange mold stain where the bath tile meets the tub, the common areas are stained and abused looking, but the worst was the hotel service staff, housekeeping never showed for our second day stay, multiple requests were put in to the front desk and I was eventually told by the so called “manager” Andrea that and I quote “they will get there when they get there and if I did not like it my other option was to leave”. She was saying this all knowing that the reason we were there was for a concert on the second night and that was not an option at that point. With all that being said, I want to be clear that her lack of customer relations skills and rude demeanor, is far more the reason we will never be back to this hotel than the disappointing wear and lack of upkeep of the hotel. I am sure that I am not the first to encounter this ill-mannered woman and hope that the owners of this hotel recognize that she has an issue handling their guest and should perhaps re-educate her with some much needed “people skills” that her guest would benefit from so the would want to come back to spend more money at their hotel. The only thing I got from my encounter with the so called manager Andrea is that this hotel is well below my standards not to mention this is FAR BELOW MARRIOTT STANDARDS and we will not be returning. Do yourself a favor, stay at one of the many Hershey lodging options while in Hershey and avoid this unnecessary frustration while trying to have fun with your family and friends.
Update: I waited to post this review until the money from the breakfast that they charged me for after I checked out was returned to my credit card. No explanation why or how this could have happened when I checked out with the hotel front desk personally. Just proving my point further.

ORIG REVIEW: First room on late arrival had uncleaned beds, had to request change. Second room was average cleanliness. Molded shower curtains that had to be replaced. Semi cleaned/vacuumed room. Late night front desk mgr was very kind. Location is nice with good parking. I would NOT stay here again.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel and had a pleasant experience overall, thanks to the friendly staff, especially at the reception. Upon arrival, my room was impeccably clean, which was a great start to my stay. However, my experience took a downturn today, the first day I left my room for housekeeping to clean.
To my disappointment, the room was left almost untouched. The only signs of housekeeping were new towels and the bed covered in a messy way. The sink and toilet were not cleaned, and the crumbs on the table were left as they were. For the price we paid, I expected a thorough cleaning service, not just a superficial tidy-up. This lack of proper housekeeping service is a significant letdown and feels like a rip-off. This applies to the two rooms we had not only one room.
So sad for a 500$ per room per night!

The hotel was very nice and clean! Enjoyed our trip here and had a nice pool and gym! Will definitely consider staying here again in the future!
