“I’ve been a long time customer at this location, even prior to it being JhettSet. My experience with the store, staff, quality of clothing, quality of experience and overall has been five plus stars.

I was saddened by some of the lower star reviews as I read through things. It’s hard to believe that a singular interaction would lead to someone leaving a poor review. After all we are human and we ALL have bad moments.

Having said all of that I decided to write an excellent review to counteract the seeming immaturity of some one star reviews. Not only do I believe they are not deserved, I also believe that some of those people are in need of working retail for a few months. I hope they have to put on a smile and always be gracious and thoughtful of everyone else no matter what might be plaguing their personal life. Heaven forbid them to have a bad day or a poor exchange with a customer. I’d really love to be able to review the reviews.

Anyway, I hope that everyone reads the good reviews and sees how great this small family owned business is and I hope that after reading this you are kind to those that work there. My experiences have been great for the last 20 years, not one single bad exchange to speak of.

“We are from out of town and came in today to find some new clothes. There are not outlet stores close to where we live and we went to lots of shops today. The only reason I gave a four-star is because the woman that worked there did not seem very nice. We do have kids and they were running around a little bit and we apologized to the woman multiple times and she never acknowledged us as we were apologizing. She just kind of scowled at us. It made for an awkward situation. We got a mix of clothes and were happy to find some things! It was clean and well put together there. Hope to stop next time we are in town!”

“Crazy deals alert! Loved my experience shopping around for hours. Bought plenty of stuff from GAP, and all are priced cheaper than other any places. Service is good, and parking is very close to the stores. They had around 50-60% addidtional saving options on clearance price and 20% on top for card holders, and I had some money on wife’s account.. ended up paying few bucks!”

“Old navy at the Hershey Outlets is fast becoming my FAVORITE store. Quality merchandise, comfortable styles, great prices, and a staff who could teach anyone about caring customer service.”

“I am laughing a little bit at the first review here. It is from six years ago and has nothing to do about the business.We are a family of seven and my wife came in today and bought about 10 different things. I think it is our first time ever shopping here. I was not inside with her but she gave raving reviews! She said they had lots of good stuff and the staff was very nice. She did comment it was a little expensive but we knew that going in and it did not seem unreasonable.This is a great place for some high-end things if you need them! Lots of cuteness!”
