Brought my daughter here to begin building her wardrobe and very pleased with our experience. Emily assisted her with key pieces and understood what colors and styles worked for her. Emily listened to my daughter's concerns and was extremely helpful! Thank you!

We were greeted but never pushed. Emily let us browse on our own but quickly set us up in a fitting room when our arms filled up. she was so helpful in sizing and pairing. all of us had a ball getting dressed up. we can't wait for our next girls trip there.

Some of the best customer service I’ve received in the area has been in this store. I go through here like a whirlwind since I’m usually short on time. This staff went above and beyond helping me quickly. The sales associate applied my coupons and discounts with ease. Have been here many times since October, will be back to buy my summer wardrobe.

My husband surprised me with a shopping trip to Anne Taylor. We were greeted upon walking in. Lorena was so much fun! And helped us, make sensible and fashionable suggestions. We had a great time! Jen was super friendly and helped us at the register. These ladies deserve a raise! We can’t wait to go shopping again!!! :D

I really liked the selection of shops. I went with my Dad and two sons while visiting the area for a wrestling tournament. With the selection of shops we were all able to find something we wanted. My dad bought new hiking boots which he says are very comfortable in Skechers and he thought he didn't like them until we went in. Of course the kids liked Disney where we picked up some stuff since we will be visiting Disney in a few months. The only downside is it is an outdoor mall so it was cold when going from store to store.

The lengths you'll go to buy a gift for someone will make you travel to places you rarely have gone. Probably why I ended up in Hershey recently and why I came here. I have been to several other Tanger Outlets before, and I have to say that this particular one was sub par. When you think of an outlet mall you think of a cluster of buildings that is filled to the brim with stores that you will not usually see in a local mall. While there are maybe one or two unique stores here, nothing else differs when it comes to selection. One thing that I will say is that on my recent travels this is probably one of the few outlet malls that was actually occupied. I don't think that there was one storefront empty, but let me add that also for an outlet mall, it's on the small side. One thing, to me at least, that was off putting is the layout. When you look at it, it's more of a strip mall than an outlet mall. Instead of all the stores clustered like I said before, being centralized, you have to traverse the parking lot to make it to the store you want. You also have to mind the traffic. Like I said, not your typical outlet mall. Feels like it was built quickly to capitalize on the proximity to Hershey Park, prove me wrong on that one.

Great stores to choose from. Personal favorite was the Vera Bradley & Coach store. The only options you have for food/drinks though are a Subway and a Starbucks. Almost impossible to find a bathroom.

This place is quite nice. A lot of stores to choose from and you can get to all of them under shelter from the elements. They have a small playground for kids and a lot of parking room. They have restrooms and an ATM on one side of the compound. A few places to eat like Subway. Plenty of benches to sit on and lots of brochures with a map. Definitely a nice place to relax and shop and it's not far from the Hershey Chocolate Factory.
