Not trucker friendly! People at 711 are racist to people of color. I’ve witnessed it and been a victim of it. When I confronted the older guy about it and asked for a number to call corporate he told me that it wasn’t going to do me any good. Then proceeded to give me a fake number. I called his manager and he doubled down and protected said employee. I believe if you are that miserable you shouldn’t be in the service industry. Anyways hope this helps and call corporate anytime you get treated unjustly at this business. Eventually something serious is going to happen there and at least there will be a long history documented about the actions of this establishment. Let’s hope it doesn’t come to that. 12/12/2023 12:00 midnight when it happened.

Apparently, people that work here are incapable of comprehending that 18oz coffee mug holds less than 24oz, and will charge you for a 24oz or more refill of said 18oz mug. What a way to stick it to your customers.

I pay at the pump so I don't have to go inside had to go inside for a receipt two days in a row. You sell these snack pies they're Mark 99 cents on the shelf but you charged me a $1.60 each total rip off.
