Rude, rude, rude store floor staff. A smile & a Hello goes a long way with Customers. Hermitage Walmart staff should try to be friendly & polite to customers.
Hermitage Walmart cashiers are generally very friendly. Upfront Register Supervisers are generally talking amongst themselves & get very annoyed if a customer needs help.
Hermitage Walmart Employees collecting items for pick up are not only rude but dangerous. They move through aisles at rocket speed, almost run into customer's carts & don't excuse themselves.
Hermitage Walmart rarely has items in stock that say online are readily available at the Hermitage location.
New Castle Walmart is very friendly & well stocked.
Greenville Walmart is generally better stocked overall

Not a bad store, but it is not the same size of other Super Walmart stores. Overall the shop is very clean but the employees most of the time don’t know where the item is that you’re looking for if you need help finding it and it’s typically pretty crowded.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. If you like waiting over an hour for your grocery order or having an associate come out & tell you it's missing, this is the place for you.

Don't buy the Pitt Boss smoker! Bought it & followed everything to a T. The damn thing caught fire mid-way while cookin! Only lost 2 racks of my fall apart ribs, thank God! Returned the very next day.

The OSL (cell phone representative) in electronics was extremely unprofessional and even lied directly to me. It was so bad there was a young couple there that told me they were heading to the service counter to report the incident. Once again Walmart shows their true colors. This is why I avoid their stores when possible.

Closing announcements are VERY quiet compared to the music they play. Was unaware they were closing and barely heard the final closing announcement. Also EVERY aisle is crowded with employees constantly.

Bad place to shop for me the 2 front door greeters names Albert and Jen the one guy followed me into the the restroom was saying bad things to me and the one i looked at him he flipped me off and then the other person runs into me with carts and was laughing about it she didn't even say sorry for hitting me
