I took my Southwest challenge coin in to be engraved and she took care of everything within minutes. Very friendly and professional. I could have picked it up within a couple of hours if wanted. I'll definitely take anything else I need to be engraved to them. Price was very reasonable:-)

I haven't got anything from them in a long time, but when they had their stand in the mall I used to get lot's of stuff from them. I have got all kind's of collectables engraved from them for gifts on different holidays. When my 2 kid's were born I got 2 different things from them engraved for my girl their mom. It had their weight, length, date, time, and everything engraved on it for her.

I was told that they do same day service. Drove 45 minutes to get there and then was told it would be completed the next day. Once received - the plate was cut, not square and not attached to the trophy. Very disappointed!!
