May be my most excellent dealership experience ever! My sales person Maddi was extremely professional & communicated with me very well during the time it took to find the perfect vehicle for me. John was amazing & did everything necessary to move the deal forward. Patty in Finance was a dream & so helpful & knowledgable. This dealership was so patient & understanding of my needs as a customer. They worked with me every step of the way & were so completely on-the-ball that literally all I had to do was show up & sign the papers. There was zero percent pressure & 100% pure excellence by Kia of Hermitage. They are a flagship of how a dealership should operate.❤️

The service center at Diehl Kia of Hermitage has some serious communication and organizational issues to work out. I made an appointment at the beginning of February to get my Telluride checked out because the engine light was coming on sporadically and saying there was an engine control system error. There was also a recall that needed taken care of for the tow hitch. I believe I spoke to three different people before that appointment because my information was not entered correctly and the appointment was booked under an old car of mine, and they didn’t have the correct error information noted. When I arrived, they told me they weren’t sure they could do the recall because they didn’t know if they had the parts in stock. If you know that’s why the appointment was scheduled, or at least part of it, wouldn’t you check that ahead of time? They also informed me that if the engine light wasn’t active that they couldn’t do anything about it, even though they could see in the electronic history that there was an issue. They ended up having the part for the recall fix, thankfully, and they found some bulletin that said to deploy a software update and thought that would fix the problem. I was told to call back if it kept happening and they would want to keep my car for a whole day to try to replicate the problem and do any repairs needed. The light started coming back on the next day, so I called and made an appointment for a few weeks out because I indicated that I needed a loaner vehicle and they didn’t have any available that current week. When I showed up at 8:00 am to drop my car off, I was told there was no loaner available and there wasn’t a note saying that I needed one. I was frustrated but definitely understood mistakes happen so I had them reschedule my car for today, which was about two weeks later, and was assured they noted that I will need a loaner vehicle. I showed up at 8:00 today and lo and behold…no loaner available AGAIN. This dealership is nearly an hour from my house, so I’ve now wasted hours of my time and money traveling here for absolutely nothing. I was offered a quick apology and told they’d need to reschedule me yet again. I declined because I’m not wasting my time again. I’m incredibly disappointed at the lack of concern for their clients’ time and money. I came to this dealership specifically because I bought my car at Diehl in Butler and this was their recommendation. I’ll be letting them know that they should stop making that recommendation.

The two stars are because everyone was cordial and friendly when we were purchasing the car there. However, Our car was taken there for a repair and it has been there well over a month and we can't get any answers or call backs from them. Every time we call, the receptionist says someone will contact us, but to date they have not.

We traded in our truck for a dodge Durango in August. We worked with Jesse and he was great - he and his manager worked with us on walking out with what we needed price wise and family wise with a reasonable deal. However, it’s when we went to actually get the vehicle when we had issues.We came to pick up the vehicle which is over an hour trip for us. When I got there, the vehicle wasn’t there. Apparently, it was taken to another location as a transportation vehicle so I signed the paperwork and was advised that someone would drive the vehicle to us at our address.2 men then dropped the vehicle off at our house, didn’t have both sets of keys so we had to call to request those. They still weren’t sent to us until a month after that.After I received the vehicle, I went out just to take a look at it which I would have done for the last time had the vehicle actually been at the dealership when I went to pick it up. When I looked at the vehicle, the digital screen that controls basically everything in the car like GPS, music, heat control is busted all the way access the screen which it was not when we test drove the vehicle.We made many attempts to contact Jesse and his manager to get this rectified and it was ridiculously hard to get ahold of them. Jesse’s manager told us to call Jesse, Jesse wouldn't call us back so we called his manager back again, he told us to call service and we did several times and left messages with no return call so now we’re going to end up paying for something that really should have been fixed before we even got the vehicle.They actually made a huge deal about how they try to actually conduct themselves not like salesman when they were selling us the vehicle except now that they got their sale, they are not interested in helping us with this. We will not be going back for any future vehicle trades or purchases as it’s clear they are EXACTLY like typical salesman.

Amazing Experience! Run don't walk to Diehl Kia.... Joe, Don, and Colleen were exceptional to work with. I have not had to buy a car in a number of years and to say I was nervous about the experience would be an understatement. Every part of the process was handled with care and some of the best customer service I have experienced. I am very appreciative of their knowledge and service. Thank you for making this experience stress free and top notch!

Recently moved to the area and first time I've taken my car for service here. Everyone was super nice, service manager was patient with me and answered all my questions. Service was completed on time and for exactly for the price quoted, no hidden surprises! Plus, they still provide loaner cars if you are going to need to leave your car there.So far amazing!

We had such an amazing experience buying our 2023 Kia Sorento! Jesse McCormick was our salesman and I would recommend everyone go to him! The one thing I love about him, is that he is not pushy!! Most salesmen text and call you constantly and he did not. He will fight for you to get the car of your dreams! The night we went to purchase our Sorento was very relaxing! It was like we were just hanging out and having fun! He even installed our car seat while signing all the paper in finance! Just such a great guy to work with!! I also want to give a shout out to Patty in finance! She was awesome at getting us in and out! Such a great experience all the way around! We LOVE our Sorento!!! Thank you so much Jesse!!!

We visited Diehl Kia a few weeks ago in search for a new car. We found the perfect car and test drove it. However, the crew at Diehl just didn’t make us feel valued or welcome. Very unpleasant and unprofessional demeanor.It seemed like the salesperson was actually trying to convince us NOT to buy the car because it was a PHEV. Even the sales manager was disparaging it. Their ignorance of the Kia HEV/PHEV/EV line is embarrassing.We did call them when we were ready to buy but it took them 3 days to call back. Too late, we already bought an identical car from another dealership in the region that treated us like gold and went out of their way to get us the exact car we wanted from NY at no cost to us. Night and day difference.There are other high quality Kia dealers within a short drive. Make sure you shop around and get treated the way you should be.

The staff is very patient and respectful. I went to buy a car on Thursday night. Geoff Wilson was so willing to help me. Brian Carter and him worked and listened to all of my needs and wants. Geoff made sure I liked the car before I bought it. After payment and everything, he made sure to go through everything in that car. I personally recommend Geoff if you are looking for a car. He will make you laugh, make it seem less stressful, and he listens to you. Thank you Geoff for the new car!

Absolutely ? the best customer service I've had in over 40 years. I can tell you that Jesse McCormick my service writer who I purchased my car through! Walked me through every detail in buying my KIA. Diehl Kia should give this guy a little extra in his paycheck. He made me feel like I was part of the Diehl family and it was just the first day. I'm telling you should Absolutely ? go to them for a new or used car. This Retired Disabled Veteran is "Thankful for them making me feel like I was getting a good deal"!! Well done Jesse, Patty and Diehl KIA:-) Also, which I've never ever heard of is a car having 5 years / 60,000 miles bumper to bumper coverage. All I can say is go look for yourselves.
