Lisa was absolutely awesome...helped me get my new phone set up, took the time to answer all my questions and helped with my internet bill. I would also like to add that the supervisor Alyssa was just standing around doing nothing when she could or should have been helping other customers that were waiting

Desmond helped me when I was having problems with my phone after it completely broke. He helped me get a new SIM card to put in my old phones. He also made sure we were getting the best price for our internet. He was very thorough and kind and made my bad day a lot better just by being so kind and helpful.

Had to wait forever because I forgot to check in at the door and everyone at the computer came in after me but I was kind and kept my mouth shut
