Friday the 17th I went in to check on a mattress and the lady that was working with the best salesperson and help me out and I'd only had educated me to the point of I Am So Satisfied I didn't even know I Could Be So Satisfied anymore at a furniture store or any store for that matter and mattresses are not the easiest of things to have to purchase but this place and this lady sure did make it easy for me thanks so much from Carly at the Royal

Mrs Mary, the rep in there was awesome making sure I got what I needed. She didn't stop talking to the warehouse to see if they had anything that I could get since the items that I originally wanted was out of stock. It would have taken over 3weeks for me to get what I needed. I had done without it for a while and would have waited 3 weeks but that date wasn't a guarantee that the product was available. When I told her my circumstances she found a similar product that was in stock. I didn't tell her that it came with something else that I wanted that she had in stock. A life saver who recieved a call of praise while I was there that she told me about. Awesome woman, awesome business worth every dime. Overjoyed??

We found a guest bedroom full-size mattress and purchased a box spring to match. The staff was very helpful in selecting the right mattress for our needs and price range. Thank you!

These other reviews are jokes. I've bought 2 beds now and have had awesome service from start to finish. Mary was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the products and my wife and I bought a hybrid that worked for both of us since we sleep differently. Buy from this FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS and SUPPORT OUR LOCAL ECONOMY. Mattress Limp is just another big box store.

I recently bought a mattress here and had a truly wonderful experience. Wanda was very knowledgeable and helpful. When a snag occurred with getting my mattress in and having it delivered, Sleepy Hollow was more than happy to accommodate. Prices are fair, especially when compared to local competition.
