Called for a price for an oil change for a 2017 Subaru. I was told it starts at $49.95 by the service “advisor”. I asked what does that mean and she said if the oil and filter are special it would be extra. She was rude and made it easy for me to not get service there.

Unfortunately they had the best deal on the car I wanted otherwise I would NEVER EVER EVER use this dealership. We contacted Kaylah Wednesday and she did not respond to any of our texts or calls. Due to her incompetence, we had nothing set up when we arrived Saturday and could not leave with the car that day as out-of-state registration apparently cannot happen on weekends. I was told everything was in order on Monday but after driving four hours to the dealership on Tuesday absolutely nothing had been done. I spent 2 hours with the definition of incompetence (Bob) telling him how to do his job. He knew absolutely nothing about registering my car out of state but could have done his research Saturday or Monday (when I was told everything was ready) instead of wasting my time while he floundered in the back on Tuesday. When I finally got into my car there was a dirty rag in the backseat but it looked like nothing had actually been cleaned. I specifically asked Kaylah if the car would be cleaned before I took it home but that was another thing she failed to do so I drove 4 hours home with my backseats covered in dog hair.PS- even if you call from a different number and use different names to try to work with another salesperson, they still stick you with your first point of contact. If you call you better hope you don't get Kaylah!

Called to see if I could they would work on my Chevy Cruze, obviously it's called Shenango Honda not chevy but I was just checking, guy on the phone was kind of rude about it IMO.

Great place to get your Honda maintenance done. Went for a regular oil change for $40. They include a hand washing and this time there was a minor recall that needed done and they did that and took care of everything for me.

I bought a new Pilot and a new CRV EXL this year from Shenango Honda. One of the main reasons I continue to spend my hard earned cabbage at this particular dealership is because of their service department. I usually deal with Rachel who is easy and awesome to deal with. They get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I usually get my vehicles back freshly washed and they have some mechanics that really know their stuff. A few years ago I had a water pump go bad with a few thousand miles on the car. It was fully covered by warranty and they were very polite about it unlike some experience in the past with other dealers and the best part is the mechanic did an excellent job in a very timely manner. Final note, someone always does a follow up call within a few days after service work no matter how small the job. I appreciate that. I honestly think they do actually care and are sincere. Kudos. Ottom line is they keep my Honda's in top shape and it shows when I trade them in every couple years. Thank you!
