They are very slow at this location. Staff was also very rude. I usually go to the Greenville location but after the last 2 experiences here will consider switching banks.

PNC has gone completely downhill. I joined when it was National City Bank in the 90's. I went in 1/17/23 to get a cashier's check and despite the teller calling me by name and having shown multiple forms of identification I was refused the withdrawal based upon an expired driver license. I'll be leaving PNC and going to a bank that doesn't charge $10 for a certified check and treats their customers how they should be treated. It's no wonder PNC is closing so many locations.

The tellers were very polite, and they got the job done.

First time inside this branch. Busy bank. I will drive the extra distance to bank at the Hermitage location over the Greenville location every time from now on. I felt the tellers were friendly and more helpful at this location.

Tellers are always knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to do your business with. Like PNC always.

I went through the ATM and withdrew 40$ in 1's. The money did not come out of the door all the way and I was only able to grab 2 1's. The door closed and I didn't get my money. I called PNC bank in Hermitage where it happened and the lady laughed and said to contact my bank. Very unprofessional and I will be up there today to have a chat in person. This branch is terrible with customer service.

I wish I could leave no stars. Refused to cash a paycheck from Wells Fargo because "it wasn't issued by pnc", and referred me to Walmart or the beauty shop in Farrell. Absolutely no help. A bank that won't cash checks!

I don't mind the long waits at the drive through - I have gotten used to them, BUT...No envelopes for the cash and the teller substitued a letter-sized envelope and taped it shut. To count the money I have to ruin the envelope - now I have nowhere to put a large sum of money! REALLY?? AND the money is backwards, upside down, whatever! Not a professional operation. Think we will be leaving you PNC.

I went here with a relative to get some of his disability payment.. PNC doesn't charge fees to these people to get their own money. That is cool.. Thanks PNC..

Not enough people to help

Very frustrating. Have called multiple times different days and times, and have been put on hold for 10+ minutes and disconnected every time.

The personnel at this PNC are most embracing and I like them all, but the Hermitage branch is the worse place to transact business inside. Every time that I have to transact business inside, there is an extreme, long wait. I am so tired of this bank and its inept ability to properly service its customers. When you go into the bank, there can be five representatives behind the counter, all have their windows shut, and only one clerk waiting on five, six, and sometimes, seven customers waiting patiently to be serviced. What's more, a representative greets you when you come in and there are three to four office personnel in the back offices taking care of no one. This is a serious problem with the Hermitage branch and it's not getting any better. A lot of times, many are elderly and have become tired in their long standing. Hermitage branch has no consideration of this on going problem and I am exasperated with it. Should the Hermitage branch can't resolve this problem, then they need to get management that will swiftly take care of this on going, nonsensical problem. I often use the branch in Hubbard and I never run into a problem with having to stand in a long line and wait, and wait, and wait.
