The person behind the counter was very nice and helpful.. I am handicapped and the assistance I received was appreciated. BUT, and this is kind of a big but, their cost to ship documents with UPS overnight was extremely expensive.. I found that Staples is at least 30% cheaper. Other than that, these people and the service they offer is great..
