“Friday the 17th I went in to check on a mattress and the lady that was working with the best salesperson and help me out and I'd only had educated me to the point of I Am So Satisfied I didn't even know I Could Be So Satisfied anymore at a furniture store or any store for that matter and mattresses are not the easiest of things to have to purchase but this place and this lady sure did make it easy for me thanks so much from Carly at the Royal”
“The sales person was not very personable at the time of our purchase. Be prepared for a longer wait on the arrival of your order. Once you purchase and walk out the door you won't hear from them. We had to call several times to get information on expected delivery.”

“Emerson in Hermitage, Pennsylvania mattress firm store is the staff member who took care of my needs. He seemed to be educated on the products, warrantees, etc. There were absolutely no pressures to purchase. I came in with having already looked at Tempur-pedic beds elsewhere and getting other quotes. They beat local competitors by almost $300. Emerson took his time with me laying on the beds, trying the pillows and asking multiple questions.
It was a good experience.”
