The customer service at the Lowe's in Hermitage is the worst. We ordered a fridge and dishwasher on 5/18 from the Niles location and for some reason it then went to Hermitage. It took 2 months and numerous phone calls to get just the dishwasher. The fridge is another story. We were on a hold for a total of 4 hours over a day period and was hung up on 4 times. We made 2 trips to the Hermitage location to figure out what is going on. We were told it was in house, then it wasn't there, then was going to be delivered, then not there. Then it was on back order, but surprise that was also false. Then it was sent to Twinsburg and would be in the following week. And then all of a sudden we get a refund on our credit card. The best part...no return phone calls from anyone at this location. Absolute worst! We reordered everything in Niles again- came in when supposed to delivery date set. Dispatch gave delivery driver the wrong address so instead of correcting, they marked us as undeliverable without even calling! This has been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing an appliance. Do better Lowe's!!
Update: we tried to call after Lowe's responded. And funny...we were told sorry all of this happened, hope it actually gets delivered on Saturday. That was it. So the response was as big of a joke as this whole order has been.

I did not care for the very nasty looks we received upon paying our 85$ bill and leaving tonight. We are not thieves. If your so miserable stay home and heal instead of hopping around on crutches. Customers keep your jobs and not everyone that walks in and out are there to take something.

If there were no stars, I would pick that one, but I pick 1 star. I ordered a dining room light and the light lasted 2 months. All of the lights went out Sunday night. I called the electician the next day. He tested the light and said the problem was in the light itself. I took the light back the following day. The lady who waited on me in customer service was RUDE!! I didn't want the hassle so I just purchased a new light. I have not called my electrician to install the new light yet. I needed a flat fireplace screen. I ordered one and I got it in a timely manner. When I brought it home to assemble it, I had only two legs, not four. Now I have to take it back!!! I am never going back to Hermitage Lowe's to buy anything and will inform others of the poor service and products of poor quality. I have a full-time job like other people and do not have time for this!!!

Ordered a Karan double sink it came in record fast. Exactly as described and no damage. This sink is built strong and looks great.Would recommend it.

Was in Hermitage Lowes this evening to buy a washer and dryer, asked for assistance and the girl asked for assistance over the intercom and I waited 15 minutes and when no one came I pushed the assistant button and she came over with attitude and said how can I help you? I said I needed assistance with a washer and dryer and without even looking up anything up said we sale nothing in store you'll have to order it! I said how long will it take to come if I order it she said maybe Thursday or could be a few weeks, without even looking! I said nevermind I'll go to Home Depot! Home Depot had the same washer and dryer set in stock on sale and I took them home tonight! Thank you Home Depot and thank you to the sales associate for not having attitude and actually looking for me! I spend a lot of money at Lowe's but think I'll be going elsewhere from now on!

The online order was ready and the staff was so helpful loading my 16 stockade panels, posts and other items. This is a reflection of very good management at this location. Please pass along my highest compliments to the store employees who helped prepare and load my order.
Also, the panels were better quality than the ones I had purchased from Home Depot a year earlier before moving to the area.

The employees are always so kind and helpful here especially Bill! He greets every costumer with a smile and has a great attitude. Super kind and helpful. We look forward to seeing him every time we come!
