After my current car was considered a total loss from my insurance company, I knew I needed to find a new car but totally unsure of what I wanted or where to start. I went to Taylor Kia of Hermitage and met with Bob. The first car he showed me wasn't really me. Then after he talked with us for a little longer he brought me out the best fit for me! My credit score is definitely not where it should be and he negotiated to keep my payments right where they were with my previous car payment. The process of buying my new car was smooth and not stressful at all. I went there totally confused and left totally happy! Will definitely continue to purchase vehicles from there and send all my family and friends.
