Used to love getting food there, but the last 4 times we have tried to get food. The kitchen is always closed. Just tried yet again this evening and signs up again.

I love getting food from here the staff is nice and the tall bald manager is very caring. Although I usually don't complain but last week a kid made out subs and completely mixed up what goes on witch sub. Called soon as I got to work and seen my food was wrong. They were very nice told me to come back in and we will fix them on a day that works for me. I said thank you I appreciate it. Today we called ahead to let them know we were coming to get our replacement and the store manager says im sorry we don't have anything down and started questioning me when I was there how much I spent who I talked to so I told him the exact time and date pulled up my card statement then he tried to count up what I spent like I was lying so I added 2 large drinks and 2 subs all add up. I'm a manager in food and this was unprofessional and was not very friendly either OH AND OUR SUBS WERE STILL MESSED UP. The rude store manager name was John.
