I have been using Flynn's for many years! I got a set last October that lasted till this weekend, just around 21k miles. The boys at the Hermitage location took very good care of us again! The sales guys were super professional and easy to work with. Then the guys out in the fast lane were awesome! They completed the install very quickly with attention to detail. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend them to everyone!!

I was looking for new tires on a car I just purchased. What I found was Flynn’s!! An amazing place, got new and quieter tires, an oil change and inspection all in the same place. Spoke with longtime customers while waiting; all had nothing but great comments. Top notch service, free rotations too - wow!!

Yet another disappointing experience with Flynn’s Tire in Hermitage.
There was a continuing issue with my recently purchased tires so they decided to replace all 4 tires on my vehicle . I thought that was a great deal for me.
They called me to let me know that my truck was done and ready to pick up but when I showed up an hour later it was not ready. They had not completed the approval with Good Year. This took approximately 15 minutes which in the whole scheme of things I could live with that. Now the Flynn’s rep told me that I owed approximately $50 (I don’t remember the exact cost) for labor because the manufacturer doesn’t pay for that. After a bit a heated discussion the rep agreed to make that cost go way but kept telling that he wasn’t going to argue with me over $50 and that the manufacturer doesn’t pay for this. I had to keep telling him that I didn’t care. I didn’t feel responsible for that cost since I paid for all this originally.
When I purchased the tires originally in February I had a disappointing experience with the same rep.

Went in on Wednesday with a slow leaking tire. In 10 minutes Sean explained in great detail that it couldn’t be patched. Gave me some prices. He explained about rebates they were offering. I couldn’t decide, so they made sure tire was safe enough to put back on (my choice). He did offer to put spare on. Came back on Thursday and in 1.5 hrs. (No appointment) and all new tires were out on, front end alignment was done. The guys in the garage were very nice, quick but very thorough.
