When I walked in, Caite was stocking shelves around 12 today, she greeted me, asked me if there was anything she could help me find! I explained what I was looking for and she showed me where it was. I’ve always had people point me in the direction of where the item was. But she took the time to stop what she was doing and show me! She was so helpful and kind with everything! I’ll definitely be shopping here from now on! Best customer service I’ve gotten at a DG!

I was in the store shopping when the cashier was on her cell phone the entire time ringing me out talking about an incident that previously happened there I did not get her name because she was wearing a black sweatshirt but she did say that this is not her regular store and she is from a store in Ohio. Very unprofessional and and rude and she also told me I my total when I gave her exact change she looked at me again and gave me another total I corrected her and she said “ I’m so stupid I am so stupid” I normally always having a good experience here but due to her I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I just love Dollar General store !, the assistant manager Nicole was so wonderful to me and help me find things that I needed and the cashier Caitlin was also very wonderful and nice as well!!, I'll be coming back to the Dollar General store in Hermitage thank you Nicole and Caitlin

Best dollar general around. The brown haired girl with glasses was a peach. Friendly service and the store is well maintained. If I could I would give it 6 stars.
