“Thank You to Mike of the Hermitage, PA location for making our trip comfortable and enjoyable one. We were given a car with mechanical issues that caused us to lose a whole day. We had to returned the car for another one and Mike took care of us promptly and got us back on the road quickly. He upgraded us to a very comfortable car which was awesome because we were traveling across the U.S. and he didn't charge us for the day we lost. Great customer service ?”
