I purchased 2 Gary Fishers (Mountain / Hybrid) from The Bicycle Store over 15 years ago. I've used them exclusively for annual maintenance tune ups and have always been extremely satisfied with the results. Mike and staff are very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. Awesome place. Made me remember when I was young. Owner and daughter in store. Super helpful. No pressure. Going back to test ride bikes as owner suggested. Have many options and plenty of upgrades for your bike. Repairs done there. Super excited to go back. Have to wait for a weather break. Also carries consignment bikes.

During my afternoon ride I made my tire make a quick rub against a small curb. It stretched my cable rods a little and he was able to fix it immediately and I was able to continue on my ride. Every time we’ve been to The Bicycle Store, we’ve received excellent customer service. I definitely recommend them. We will continue to buy our bikes off Mike. Great job!

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff that doesn’t try to price-gouge you or looked down on you for knowing nothing about bikes. I highly recommend them to anyone curious about buying a bike or needing help fixing their bike up!

Nice shop, great staff, response was quick and helpful. Parts and supplies on hand met my needs, hmm 50%, not their fault, there's a pandemic on, bike supply is exhausted. But it looks like 100% of the valley trusts their service.
