This place used to be great, I have lived here for around 15 years and the workers used to be so sweet and caring and would make sure everything got delivered on time. Over the last couple years they have been very sloppy with deliveries but are improving from what I see. The staff also isn’t the best but I don’t go inside the building much now so I can’t really speak about how they are at this point in time. They also used to be very sweet to my kids and would give them candies every time we came but now some of these workers seem annoyed just to have one in the building. The lady that does the deliveries for my area is amazing though and gets everything correct even though there can be some dress confusion with my address. Overall, I think they are improving but I wish they were better and like they were when I had moved in so that’s why I’m giving a higher review.

The employees and service needs a revamp. We've lived here for almost 9 years and up until about 2 years ago our service was great. Now we're lucky if we receive packages and only sometimes do we get a slip to pick up at the post office. We continuously get mail addressed to other people's residences. They also won't deliver our mail if there's more than an inch or two of snow on the ground. And what's up with being "closed" for 1 1/2 hours for lunch?! The office employees can be in a good mood or bad depending on the day so be wary of that.

This location used to deliver to my porch ALL the time!!!Have a relatively long driveway, but plenty of space to turn around IN THE DRIVEWAY!When i informed the postmaster, I was told "for safety reasons we cannot back out of driveways". I explained that my driveway allows enough space to U-turns. And the carrier is the same driver who previously used to do it.The carrier continues to (on a good day) leave a note saying to pick up packages at post office.

Attempted to deliver a package at 10:14 am. Got an update saying they could not deliver my package and are holding it for pick-up at the post office. No explanation provided or notice left behind. Saw the update at around 11:15 am. have to go get my package on Monday because they close at 11:30 onSaturday. An explanation would have been nice.

Louise is a wonderful caring and thoughtful person who brings to mind the wonderful days of retrieving mail and sending out packages to loved ones. I Will miss you Louise when I relocate and leave PA. You helped make Henryville a wonderful place to live.

I've had many years of positive engagement with the folks at the Henryville PO, then some time back, everything changed. My letter carrier is terrified of snow flurries, Boston Terriers, and wasp nests located anywhere within 1000 yard radius of my mailbox. He just won't deliver the mail in anything other than ideal conditions. Now they have a new Post Master who is rude, angry, unprofessional and accusatory. She is also possessed of poor diction and has severe limits in cognitive function. She's just terrible

My mail is constantly being delivered to the wrong address. Very frustrating and not the kind of service expected from a U.S. Postal office! Disappointed!
