I don't go to the bank often.
I'm a bank employee myself, at a different company, but have accounts here also.
I waited for ten minutes in line for 2 customers ahead of me. 2 tellers.
When I got to my teller, what should have been a simple withdrawal took in the ballpark of ~7 minutes.
**I told her ANY denomination is fine for my withdrawal so she doesn't have to buy from another teller/the vault.**
Yes, I timed it. Yes, I account for drawer limits and the system and procedures and such. But my teller messed up counting 4 times and I was forced to wait longer because of it.
Not going to give a bad survey if I get one because I'm also a bank employee and I empathize and I've had the occasional transaction where my brain stops working for some reason too.
But as a customer I will leave this google review because I am annoyed.
If you have weird denomination amounts...
Use your calculator with the customer request vs amount you counted.
Count out that calculated difference.
THEN run it again. Instead of counting ALL of it over again.

Worst bank there is, I been a customer for many years and have business account and other personal accounts,Twenty years, went to deposit a check and ran into a mess, oh the check is too big ,won't get the money for 7 days. Last time I do business with this bank.

Had an account here when I was in high school. Charged me a $35 overdraft fee when they hadn’t even provided me information to access or see how much was in my account. On top of that, when I closed my account, there was an outstanding balance that I was unaware of AFTER I had CLOSED the account. This is now reflected on my history when I open accounts at other banks. Screw you, Wells Fargo. Seriously go to any other bank - not this one. Customer service is garbage.

I didn't really ever think, that I would be writing review about a bank. But here we go. I have to go into this place, to bring cash deposits from my job, and I typically just walking in to them and drop it off. There was a mix-up of some sort, on our end that I had to inquire about, and let me tell you, the young girl at the front made it so much more complicated than it should have been. Not to mention she was rude. If I'm going to be quite honest, most of the women at this location are extremely rude. To the managers, please Focus Less on the vanity of the potential higher, and more on the personality and customer service traits of them rather. At the end of the day, regardless of how they look, their personality is what I'm going to remember. It's not okay to have cocky, and rude people representing your business. Please take notes and work on that. As a Hellertown local, I am not the only one who made this observation. If only they spoke up too.
