“Dr. Abby and Dr. Freeby have been fantastic in caring for our dog who is going through stage 5 lymphoma treatments. From fitting him in for emergency surgery at the last minute, to running labwork after hours, coordinating an emergency visit with an oncologist out of town, and much more, they have shown us incredible support and care that you won't find at many other vets. Dr. Freeby has had a few really difficult conversations regarding tough decisions with us and handled them with the perfect balance of empathy and professionalism. When we were heartbroken and being given updates, you could tell how much they both cared every step of the way. When you go through really tough times with your pet, it makes all the difference to have the support and care from a skilled staff who knows what is best. This is a veterinary hospital that has your pet's best interests in mind at all times and we appreciate all they have done for us! 5 star service for sure.”

“Dr Zajac and his staff are simply the best! My wife and I are both in our late 70s, we just adopted a 6 year old German Shepherd for security reasons. Dr Ted's practice is really the greatest in the fact that your dog does not meet other animals in the waiting room. Gus unfortunately does not like other dogs and human strangers, he will bark and act very aggressively when approached buy them. We currently are taking him to dog obedience school. Dr Ted recommended some things that could possibly help Gus become a more behaved dog! Dr Ted is also treating him for a GI problem. His prices are reasonable and fair and it's very easy to get an appointment! The office is very clean and neat, and most of all the staff is very kind and considerate when you call for an appointment.

“We've been going to Northside for the past year and from the front desk staff, to the techs, and Dr. Lehman we couldn't ask for a better experience. They truly love animals and treat them like they are their own. We moved back to the LV last year and one of our cats has some health issues. “Unfortunately I had to say my goodbyes (my see you soon) to my precious boxer yesterday. Everyone there was so nice and patient with my baby and myself. They sure made such a hard decision as easy as possible for her and for me. They made her so happy with treats and talking to her making her comfortable with them touching her. I never left her side for one second, they worked around me. I was never asked to move aside, in fact the one girl said “ you stay with her I can squeeze in small spaces “ after I asked if she needed me to move. I highly recommend them, so sweet and they don’t take you for everything you own. May God bless each and everyone that I came in contact with there yesterday. I thank you all so much from the bottom of my broken heart for all you did for me and my sweet girl. I miss her so much already. ??”

“Beware of being overcharged for an appointment. I called to schedule an appointment for my dog and was told they have an appointment open the next day and they could fit me in. When I got the bill, I was charged for an emergency appointment of $100 instead of $65 for a regular appointment. They would not change it because the appointment was given to me within 24 hours. I did not ask for an emergency appointment or to be seen in 24 hours. I just asked for an appointment.
To follow up: A technician called to ask about my dog and I told her about the overcharge situation. She took the time and effort to address the overcharge, which will be credited to my account. I’m very happy that she made that effort to help me out with this after I spent hundreds of dollars for the vet appointment.”

“I can't recommend her enough! She's taken care of 4 of our pets for a long time with compassion and she gives us a senior discount. She helped us with end-of-life for our 16 1/2-year-old dog with chronic health problems and out 14 1/2-year-old cat with renal failure, which she taught us to treat at home, extending his life another two years with "kitty kidney dialysis." She comforted us in our grief despite her busy office. Since then, she's been taking care of our younger dog and cat that we got after or beloved old friends died. She has always listened and taken good care of our pets.”
