Hellertown Post Office rocks. Courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. Staff are professional, in a good mood, ready with a smile or two and a chuckle. They are willing to answer questions and assist in anyway. Our ex carrier would go the extra mile for a customer. Miss living in Hellertown.

The Hellertown post office is quaint and convenient for those looking to conduct business. It was not congested in the midst of when I visited. Employees decorate the office exterior real nicely for the season. The staff holds up the values and ethical standards of The USPS with no relative disputes.

With the ability to purchase stamps, mail items & check out the latest "FBI's Most Wanted" posters, all my fondest wishes were realized at my recent visit to the Post Office.
