The lady at the counter is nice. But the prices are bad and there is an old man with a horrible attitude. Also just a side note, they are making employees work the 4th of July because they “don’t believe in Holidays”. I don’t support people who don’t love their country.

I seem to have encountered the same rude employee that others have mentioned. This older man treated me like I was a moron; and apparently he’s just this rude to everyone. He tried throwing out terms he assumed I wouldn’t understand. He acted like I wasn’t worth his time and disregarded me by walking completely away and yelling to ask another shopper if they needed help. I won’t be back; he’s just won the big box store another customer.

They advertised mulch on sale on their "new" website. When we got to the store they would not honor the sale. Showed them the screen shot from their "new" website and still wouldn't honor it. After calling them twice, I was told to hold on and no one got back to me promptly so I hung up.
I enjoy shopping at small businesses but will no longer go here.

All employees friendly except Russ. Told owners more than once regarding his poor attitude.After multiple negative encounters with "Mr. toothache" with regrets after nine year I will take my roughly $2k-3k per business year elsewhere. He gives a black eye to an otherwise fine local biz.

Rather go to a ace then Home Dummies, local hardware is where its at. Could be costly in some areas but less hassle then big stores. Usually have a variety of materials
