It was really busy on New Year's Eve afternoon. I purchased 2 Delmonico steaks and they cut me a pork loin roast to order. Excellent prime meats!

Great market and by far the best butcher I have found in the Lehigh Valley. Dry aged beef cuts and and amazing porchetta. They made me a 10lb porchetta for New Yeara day. Actually has to cut it in half to fity roasting pan. Delicious. Highly recommend them.
