Store associates are rude here. They ignore customers when they come in instead of greeting them. Leave you standing there because they’re “so busy”.

My overall first time experience going to Napa auto parts was excellent!!! I've never stepped foot inside a Napa parts store.First I would like to thank Tyler for the excellent customer service over the phone and helping me out as much as he could with my concerns regarding my battery. He went above and beyond!I would also like to thank Steve for testing my battery, helping me understand the ins and outs of a car battery, how they can have a good voltage, but they could also have bad cells. He explained in detail what's inside the battery and how things work. Very informative and knowledgeable!I would also like to thank Nancy for her kind, helpful, understanding and careful attention to the needs of the customer. From speaking with her very briefly I can see she is a very caring person, she doesn't brush off any questions the customer may have and she will give you good feedback and direction. She is as straight forward as they come and we need more people like her.I'm sure the entire staff is just as great as these 3 individuals are because my first impression was just over the top amazing and shocking that customer service like this still exists.Thank you again NANCY, TYLER AND STEVE. We needed a part of that was very important for our weekend trip and they had it set aside. I realized they closed at 6 and called at 5:57 and said I was close. I got there at 5:59 and they would not answer the phone or open the door. I know it’s our fault for being last minute but it was just extremely disappointing and we will not use them again. I prefer small businesses that really care about their customers.
