I ran over a nail on a busy Monday morning. I called Kleins at 8:30. Got there at 8:45 and was out the door by 9 with a plugged tire. Thank you for helping me out so quickly. Great impression for my first visit!

Absolutely amazing experience with extremely nice and helpful staff!Called them after 5 on a Friday night when my tire pressure light came on while I was driving home. Told me to bring it on in and fixed it on the spot.Was so appreciative that they accommodated me and were so honest and efficient.Can't thank them enough!

Three hours into long trip from New York to Georgia my Nissan Sentra began overheating on I78 near the Hellertown exit. It was 6:30am and I searched for the nearest station and Klein’s was my choice being just a short distance from the exit. Bobby arrived and opened the shop at around 7:30, and immediately offered assistance. Thorough diagnosis determined a partially clogged radiator. Part delivered and installed within a few hours at a fair, reasonable price and I was on my way! Bobby was very knowledgeable and professional helping this stranded out-of-stare motorist! Highly recommended. Wish I had a place like this in my hometown!

It's always frustrating trying to figure out if an auto repair place is going to be trustworthy or not. But needless to say, I trust Klein's. I was in a bit of a time crunch and was met with speedy service and a very reasonable price. Klein's will be getting all of my business! 5/5 GO HERE!

I can't say enough good things about Klein's in Hellertown. They have serviced all my family's vehicles for almost 20 years. Prices are reasonable and they are so competent and down-to-earth with common sense!Mr. Klein once talked me out of a repair with "you don't really need that".One time Bobby Klein could not reach me by phone, but he knew I needed my car the next day, so he did the repair he thought made sense and it was 100% correct.Speaking of money, you cannot find better value with low cost.Klein's is so good they have a backlog of work. If you know any competent mechanics, please let them know.

My daughter-in-law’s battery was dead. Kindly neighbor gave her a jump but suggested she have battery checked out at Klein’s service station. Called them and told us to bring car right up. Checked battery with 2 different meters - battery was fine. Adjusted the bolts on the battery. Checked to see if any faulty light in car was responsible for dead battery. Charged us next to nothing for his services. Very kind owner - would highly recommend.

What a wonderful shop. My wife, our dogs and I were so lucky to find this shop open on a Saturday. The check engine light on my truck came on of course as am I am towing a uhual with most of our furniture in it. Ugh. Everyone there was so nice, Mr. Klein dropped what he was doing and came over took a look. He was nice enough to diagnose the issue and clear the code(turbo issue) and we were able to make it safely back to Mass. Thank you!!
