Very clean and all the equipment is new and extremely smooth. There is ample space for all lifting types ( power, strongman or traditional ). There are also few people in at anytime so the gym is open and there is no waiting for equipment.

Came down on an open house in 2018 & never left. The owners have always welcomed members with open arms & assisted in any way they can in. Not only is the equipment the best you can find but you meet some of the most phenomenal people along the way.

New cardio equipment is awesome especially their stepper.Astro turf floor area for personal training and individuals requiring floor space. Ironstone Barbell is the cleanest gym I have ever been to plus the only gym in the Lehigh Valley with Westside Barbell, Arsenal Strength machines along with incredible dead lift platforms, separate “strongman” floor (downstairs), athletic training platforms and overall state champion personal training geared to competitors or the newbie just wanting to get toned. Come in for a day pass and try. Membership is 24/7 so you go when it is convenient for you.Give your children athletes the competitive edge using high tech equipment. Jalen and Maggie are awesome with children and young adults. Jalen is a 4 time all American track athlete that was headed for the Olympics before he was snatched by an NFL player to train him across the country. Now back in our area, he still competes and loves seeing his athletes excelling in their sports. Maggie is the owner and previous Pennsylvania Figure State Champion that has helped hundreds of men and women get the bodies they always dreamed of….

The facility, flooring, equipment, and the environment are, by all means, textbook immaculate, provided with everything you need and nothing you don’t for powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, or any gym enthusiasts. The thing that I loved the most about this gym asides from their Rolls Royce equipment and machines, is that I can play my own desired music rather than being annoyed by listening to mumble rap or whatever cringey music they play @ commercial gyms. Moreover, their rules are brief but straightforward and easy to follow and to train without being bombarded with 15+ rules like how it’s done in school. I have nothing but great things to say about this gym!!

If you are looking for a gym, that is 24/7 and is constantly incorporating new equipment and techniques, with a professional and friendly staff, this is the gym for you. I am proud to be a member of this gym, in 6 short months I was able to put on 70lbs of muscle and reached some personal goals I set with the help of Maggie and her amazing staff. Thank you for making me feel like part of the family, and pushing me past what I thought was my limit.

She is always enthusiastic to assist you with anything you need, whether it's showing you how to use a piece of unfamiliar equipment or talking shop about fitness and strength sports.One thing that really sets ISB apart from other gyms is the sense of community. Great gym, great environment!Never had any experience with powerlifting prior to this gym and the owner Maggie took the time to work with me to understand the core concepts of powerlifting! Would highly recommend to anyone interested in learning powerlifting or strongman. Both Maggie and Joanne are great coaches. Amazing gym all around.

I travel almost constantly and visit a lot of powerlifting gyms. This is one of my absolute favorite facilities in the country. My first thought was "where is Hellrtown?", but was followed by "WOW!!!". Equipment is absolutely top notch (Texas, Rogue, Westside, York) and there is plenty of it. The building is efficient, but incredibly well spaced. People are friendly, but driven. Plenty of punk rock on the stereo in the morning. A tremendous place to get stronger in the Lehigh Valley.

Clean space with a variety of equipment in safe and good working order. The owner is super friendly, and my trainer is patient and low-key but highly knowledgeable. A great value. We are lucky to have this gym in Hellertown.
