I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ruth at this salon by a friend’s recommendation and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From the moment I walked in, Ruth made me feel welcome and comfortable. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions that I hadn't even considered.
The haircut and color ( a color I never tried before) turned out amazing—better than I could have imagined. She has incredible skills and attention to detail. She definitely knows how to bring out the best in my hair. I’ve received so many compliments already!
On top of the excellent service, Ruth was friendly and professional throughout the appointment. I highly recommend Ruth to anyone looking for a talented and personable hair stylist. I'll definitely be coming back!

I have been a local for some time but this was my first time getting a haircut here. I was very satisfied with all aspects of the service - the salon is very clean, Ruth, the stylist is awesome, and the prices are very reasonable. I’m very happy with how my hair turned out too!
Stylist: Ruth was absolutely lovely! She genuinely loves what she does and is very proud of her work. You can tell that she cares a lot about making sure her clients feel taken care of and comfortable.

Terrible customer service and lack of sympathy. I was told to come back in an hour by two hair dressers (apologies, I didn’t get their names). I scheduled my appointment, left and came back inside an hour later (as told to do so). Once I came in the one hairdresser told me the other lady would be with me shortly. That did not happen. I have sat in the waiting area for over half an hour only to be ignored and not acknowledged. I asked the hairdresser who was supposed to see me how much longer it was going to be and she said ANOTHER half hour! Turns out she totally forgot about me! There was barely any apology and no communication whatsoever on how long everything was going to take. I wasted almost TWO hours just to be ignored and not seen (with a scheduled appointment at that!!). I would have understood if they were simply busy and told me to come back another time. I am beyond frustrated and do not recommend this place at all. In all my years of getting my hair done (it would have been a simple trim!) I have never experienced such lackluster behavior. Management should train employees on providing better customer service.
