I paid this company to fix my 80 year old mother's car. We had the car towed to them and made it very clear that my mother is elderly and sick and on a fixed income and only $900 would be budgeted for it at this moment in time- so to please be careful with what they do. They told us they diagnosed it as the fuel pump- which we did not know would be listed as "diag stalls after start up" on the bill for a whopping $285. $285 to tell us it stalls after start up. We knew that! That's why it had to be towed there! They did an unapproved compression test and second diagnostic, R&R on a crankshaft position sensor and R&R for a fuel tank that we did NOT APPROVE. The only thing we approved was a diagnostic and a fuel pump and they assured us the car would run after replacing the fuel pump. They stole $900 they do not deserve and then tried to charge an additional $685.74- totaling $1,585.74 and will not give my mother her car back because we refuse to pay for things we were not told about. When I demanded to see the itemized bill, they nearly refused. I had to heavily insist for them to give it to me and I now clearly see why. The owner is refusing to make it right. My elderly, asthmatic mother who is battling emphysema now does not have a car to attend doctor appointments, get medication from the pharmacy or groceries from the store because of Britt's Tire and Auto.

Few yrs back I had problem with my windows not working n I had two mechanic buddy’s try n fix my windows with no success … they couldn’t figure out the problem…. So I Took my 02 Honda Civic here n this garage found the problem n fixed it n no more problems since! Good sharp Mechanics work here! :) $125.00 not bad!!!

What a life-saver! We were 2 hours into a 6-hour drive when one of our tires started losing air quickly. And it was raining. And we had our dog in the car. The wonderful man from Lyon let us all come inside while our tire was quickly diagnosed and plugged—for a surprisingly low price. Merci!

Excellent service and polite, honest mechanics. Had a tire/brake issue, and they were kind enough to let me see what was going on before any decisions were made. Will definitely always go back for any issues and yearly inspection!

This place is TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO THERE! I went to get an inspection and and emissions test done but didn't pass my car because he wanted to over charge me an arm and leg for parts that didn't need to be replaced!! Shame on him taking advantage of poor innocent people!!! Thank God I was smart enough to know that he was trying to rip me off!

The frenchman nickels & dimes you.He finds things to charge for. He over charges. Never passes you the first time on inspection because he finds the most smallest thing to fail you for that he will have to replace. One of my wipers would have to be replaced soon. I had in the truck to put on, I Fail. I have 6 six none of which you get now.

Took my van for inspection. It had alot of rust on both sides of lower Rockers. The owner came outside to look at it and mentioned how bad the rust was. I left the van and was to pick up the next day but when I walked in his men we're working on his personal collectable cars instead of my inspection. I was asked to come back the following day. When I came back he told me that he can not pass inspection unless both rusted Rockers are replaced. Charged me $160.00.. He should have told me that it would not pass inspection the first day he came out to look at it. He just wanted to take my money. He's not an honest man. He cares more about his classic cars and taking your money so he can keep up with them.
