“I did research and found Advantage Credit and was very relieved I did. My debt was growing due to interest rates going up I needed help. From my first interaction the staff was kind. They are very responsive to any question or issue I had. I felt comfortable communicating with them They never made me feel bad. I would recommend their services, I contacted them both via email and phone and got quick answers for any issue.”
“this is one of my favorite thrift stores. all the money goes to helping animals, you can adopt a cat here as the upstairs houses cats for adoption, all of the volunteers are very nice n go above n beyond, and the prices are unbeatable. I don't want to write this great review because I want to be greedy n keep this gem for myself but they truly deserve to be recognized for the glorious job they do.”
“Coming from someone who runs a lot of marathons across the US, the Pittsburgh Marathon is by far the most organized, the most entertaining, and has the best course. The live music, cheering sections, and route that allows for family/friends to watch from multiple places throughout the race really makes this event awesome!”
“We booked a fishing adventure for my son's 12th birthday. They handled all the arrangements and Sara was so patient answering my millions of questions. On the day-of, Mel and Dan were friendly, helpful and communicative. They brought everything we needed for my son and his 7 friends to enjoy fishing for a few hours. The location in North Park was beautiful and perfect. It was even wheelchair accessible for our friend who had a broken leg. Thank you Venture Outdoors for a memory my son won't soon forget!”
“Attended a roof top wedding which was wonderful! The Center Office Staff was fantastic & worked diligently to accommodate everyone. Thank you so much & keep up the great work”
“This is a fabulous non-profit doing great things for the people in Coraopolis. Amy Cavacchia has great things going on. They have a food pantry, a community garden, and offer other services and resources for the local community. They have big plans and you can help them by donating financially, by doing a food drive, or by purchasing a historical train station roof tile.”
“I can't say enough nice things!!! They take extra care of my dad!! Everyone is super nice. If there is a problem they take care of it quickly. My dad is happy here!!”

“Called them for assistance with my brother’s recent vision loss. They returned my call in 3 days and were very helpful to assist. They said a staff member would call us back to set up a home visit!”
“Wow, thank you so much for helping in these hard times. If there was an IDD providers, "Superstar Award" during this pandemic should definitely go to you. The packaging, delivery, and customer service that even dealt with my impatience and doubtfulness at first, was so outstanding. Turned me around humbly. We thank you so much for helping us in our darkest hours. Our sincerest gratitude.Founder-”

“What a wonderful group of people, many of whom are volunteers. We talked, laughed and got to know each other in a matter of minutes.
I had old paint, LOTS OF IT. I made an appointment through City Environmental Services, drove up on Saturday morning and was amazed at the kindness, friendliness and the efficiency of the people who unloaded 30 -cans of old paint from the back of my car in two minutes. I'll never forget the father from St. Louis visiting his daughter for the weekend. She was a volunteer for the hazardous waste event. He willingly spent the morning helping out too.
Thank you PRC and all those great folks who made what could have been an onerous task easy and delightful.
I'm sharing my experience with my neighbors. They also have old paint they want to get rid of.

“I was a milk donor and the staff was very friendly and communicative. They took time to explain the process and answer amy questions. If I could donate again I would def do it. But for now I will donate in other means. I love the cause.”
“I Went to give blood at a drive so I only saw what I think would normally be a conference room. But I know they have drives there frequently so this may help.I was able to park in the lot between the Red Cross building and Guardian Storage. If you walk behind the building you'll come to some steps that lead up to a courtyard.Cross the yard to the sidewalk and follow it left into where the building makes a U shape. There's a door on the right (ignore it) and a little further along there's a door to the left that lets you in near where blood donation is done.A left once you're inside will take you to the blood donation room.”
“Always a helpful organization but to be honest the location doesn't usually take visitors. Mostly they'll direct people to other places that offer services.”
“This organization has been such a wonderful help for my 82 yr old mother who's trying to save her house from foreclosure. I can not speak highly enough about LeaEtta. She has jumped through hoops to assist my mom, even helping her get a gas leak fixed. ( as my mom took cold baths for over 2 months). I HIGHLY recommend this organization and all they do for the seniors and down and out. LeaEtta has been an absolute blessing. How did we get so lucky! ❤️”
“My time of need practically penniless St. Vincent De Paul came to my rescue. I don’t know what I would’ve done. It was a blessing. I have worked my whole entire life. I did not know places like this existed. All I can say is I was blessed and I think God that people who are willing to give their time to help people in need. They are wonderful.”
“For those that have never gifted their time then they may not understand, but more so for those that have been on the receiving end of this organization, feel like they could never repay the greatness that is Ronald McDonald house. For years we have donated time and energy for those in need.
Imagine waking up as any normal day, for a few hours in your child needs to be life flighted hours away and you are told get in or drive. No chance to grab your wallet, a change of clothes or possibly even your phone to reach out to those that might be able to help. You arrive at children's hospital as quick as humanly possible, your child is rushed into life saving surgery, told they will be in the hospital for weeks. Your family doesn't have reserve funds to pay for a hotel, and the RMH reaches out because a case worker called them. They can provide you with basic help, in a time of more need then you have ever experienced they will give you that glimmer of hope, that glimmer that someone still cares and has your back.
That was the story the team I was with was told as we served dinner. We simply made food and dropped goody bags with basic essentials for those in need. The woman shared her child had contracted swine flu, not during its peak scare, not when there was ever a concern, or even a warning sign. The child lived in a rural area near Erie pa. He went to play with friends, and dropped over playing catch with 2 other friends. Nobody knew why, he left in the morning without even sniffle to go play, 3 hours later he was slow hed over barely able to breathe.
Children's Hospital saved that child's life, and Ronald McDonald House saved that family. The mother stayed with him for weeks, she couldn't spend time with him without being owned from head to toe, no time to plan housing or even grab a wallet to buy food but she arrived 3 hours from home and never left. That was totally made possible by RMH and those that donate time, and money to help feed those staying there.”
“I found Nicole to be a excellent representative for your company. She spent over 25 minutes with me while I purchased my first subscription to CLO . She remained calm when I requested to change my time slot from 8 pm shows to 2pm. She was a true delight to converse with as a first time subscriber.”
“Really nice place to go and volunteer and being a help to others the staff is very nice kind caring people to be around I even join as a member I never volunteered and it's a way to meet other volunteers I really enjoy my time when I'm there.”
“would of gave 5 stars *****
But not much there to buy people here are friendly
Customers and employees both are so nice
lady on cash register is the best { with the coolest glasses }
Nothing like the one in
North Versailles there's a guy there they call the paper boy
cause he throws items in the bin at people like a 1930s paper boy would do on a Sunday morning
Extra extra read all about it as the item would hit you in the head
the Pushing tripping he does really doesn't seem as bad once you take one to the head
I really wish they would take the better items N-V gets and send them to Heidelberg”
