They have Great Service! I got my car from them a couple days ago and noticed a light on the dashboard. They told me to take it in and when I did they fixed it for me with no issues. 10/10 would recommend going here.

Bought a car here and it ended up having a problem. Took it back and they ordered the part and fixed it at no cost to me. They went above and beyond to help me out. A great place to buy a vehicle.

So, I just got a car a couple of weeks ago. Last night the engine light came on and the brake light started flashing.
So three stars, for all the great things people have told me about their sales and service.

Had a fantastic experience here. I happened by on my eternal quest to find a decent manual transmission and they had exactly what I wanted. Bought a gorgeous 2018 Crosstrek in Sunset Orange with a 6-speed! The staff are awesome, the facility is clean, and the prices are fair. Definitely stop to check them out!

Bought a suv for 10k and brake line blew on the way home when it came back from being fixed had to change calipers as the seals were rotted and sticking to find massive amounts of rust on everything underneath ?♂️ all the other brake lines and fuel lines were same way along with inner rockers were gone I wouldn’t give them any business anymore here we are 2 years later suv won’t pass inspection and is a driveway ornament should of known better since henry used to dial mileage back at HLS auto and was caught ?♂️

Just purchased our second vehicle from this dealership and had just as an enabler experience as the first! The staff was super kind and even though we had to go after my hubby got out of work and they close at 6pm they didn’t rush us out, answered all our questions and let us take a test drive. I would not hesitate for a moment going there again to purchase another vehicle!

If I could give this dealership negative stars I would. I purchased my vehicle back in April and have had thousands of dollars of work put into after the overpriced purchase. They sold me an unsafe vehicle, assuming they took advantage of me because I am a female. At the time of sale, there was no steering wheel fluid, brake fluid, the tires were dry rotting and bolted too tight that the wheel bearings and studs were damaged upon removal. I currently need a new transmission, and I have only had the vehicle for four months. I understand buying a used vehicle is a risk, but this company is purposely selling unsafe vehicles. When I called after the transmission went to discuss my grievances, the woman who answered the phone was extremely condescending. I eventually got a call back from the operations manager, and I was clearly frustrated and he continued to tell me "A woman shouldn't be talking like this, and should be more proper." Absolutely pitiful. This is the worst dealership, company, and people I have ever dealt with. Do not purchase anything from this place. BBB also has complaints of similar situations from this dealership.

They were great! My 18 yr old son found the car on their website, and they were kind & courteous, walking him through every step of the process. Our first test drive revealed an issue, so they took it in, completely fixed it with a new part, and made sure it was in tip-top shape before he signed on the dotted line. They helped him with financing and explained every step to him as a first-time car buyer. They were a bit of a drive to get to, but totally worth it!

Place and service is subpar. Sales woman Jackie wasn’t knowledgable on vehicle and couldn’t answer simple questions and did not treat me with much respect overall even when I was interested. Higher prices and they weren’t even willing to negotiate on pricing as I paid almost 2 grand extra after their dealer fees and whatnot. They Did a cheap cover up rust fix and I found it needed front end work, the exhaust hangers broke off within a few 100 miles and found my exhaust pipe scraping on the highway! Also it has a manifold leak. Of course I inspected the vehicle but they sold an overpriced truck with hidden problems undisclosed. Yes I looked it over but just be careful because they will do auto body work and detail it to make it look great. Truck is nice but the problems and the service I got from this place is disappointing. What’s worse is I needed help after my purchase and my sales woman completely ignored me for some other customer after getting my deal. And of course, I left with barely a quarter tank of gas in it. How nice.

The owner of this business is a unethical.
I picked out a vehicle for my daughter at a set price with them.
I got approved for the loan and even purchased the car insurance.
I then get a call from them saying the price of the car had a typo and they wanted $1,000 more.
That was a lie. The owner called me back and offered to take $700 more.
Then called again and offered it at the original price he gave me.
He just wanted to try to get more money for the vehicle.
I would never give this business a dime.

I bought a vehicle from Small Town Auto in Feb and runs really well 5 months later. They made the process really easy, a member of the team drove my old car back to my place while a drove the new one since I don't have another driver. I really appreciated the service since they didn't have to do that. I would recommend visiting them if you're looking for a car, and would go back to them again in the future.
