Over the course of my 2 years as a customer, she has helped me, and my fianc'e with anything that we needed. She's excellent with helping with our phones when a problem may have occurred, our billing, and always with a smile and a friendly attitude and a level of respect that makes you feel welcomed. We've been informed that she will be moving over to Metro PC in the Laurel mall in Hazelton now. We will continue to work with her as our Metro pc provider due to her "outstanding" service that she has always given us. It's worth the trip, and worth the time.
