I needed my prescription sent to a new pharmacy due to running low on my refill and chose this one because of the reviews. Horrendous service and told twice that my prescription was never received despite my doctor showing me it was sent. When I called the second time to ask the receptionist was very rude and had an attitude towards me when I only asked if they had my prescription. Never will send medicine or go here again.

Exceptional service and local hometown people. Our pharmacist took care of all our transfers, we didn't lift a finger! He always advises on our best options. Wouldn't go anywhere else! And now they're in Conyngham too, love it!

The best pharmacy outta all the pharmacies in carbon n luzurne co tht I have ever dealt with...riteaid wanted 800$ cash for my Rx n I was able to get the same exact Rx for 115$ at Johnson's,even tho they r alil pharmacy they were able to provide my medicine at an extreme lower amount than riteaid n also know cvs wanted even more than rite aid wanted.i will never use a major pharmacy again.thank you Johnson's pharmacy

I've been doing business with Johnson's Pharmacy long before they relocated to the current location. The staff is always a pleasure to talk to. Although they do get extremely busy, understandable for a small independent pharmacy, I can't say anything negative about this business. For the record, there are several small and national chain pharmacies where I live and I would rather go here than anywhere else.

Excellent customer care, been with a chain pharmacy for years and can’t compare, also I chose Johnson’s because they don’t do Covid testing or give vaccines there, I don’t want to be around Covid, I believe that kind thing should in a done in a private setting.

Best customer service on the planet. Today owner Bob went above and beyond to help out this sick woman, when I couldn’t help myself. Have used the chain pharmacies in the past, I will never go back after the service of this independent pharmacy.

I would give zero stars if I could. Very rude. Not helpful at all. Pharmacist actually told me he had to get off the phone and get back to work when I was speaking to him about my refill. Got the impression they were unwilling to deliver. Only went there because of the reviews. I will never go back to this place. I would rather drive 30 miles to get to Walgreens.

Hands down the best pharmacy I ever been to. They are all so kind and treat you as if your family. Back when I switched over to Johnsons, I think it was only the 2nd time I was there and they remembered my name right away. I know that doesn't seem like a big deal, but in today's ways you feel like a number sometimes in the healthcare system. So having a business that really cares about you and your well being is one of a kind. I would, and have already, recommended Johnsons to anyone in search of a pharmacy. Even know with my crazy job hours, it's hard to get there sometimes when they are open...but it is absolutely worth going out of my way sometimes to stay with Johnsons. So if you are reading this... Thank you Johnsons pharmacy for everything you guys do, day in and day out.... your whole team is the best!

Our family has been using Johnson’s Pharmacy for years! They are always available for questions, and our prescriptions are always filled and ready for us! They treat us like family!!! Our family would highly recommend using Johnson’s Pharmacy!
