Just purchased a 2019 Toyota Avalon. I drove 4 hours and over 250 miles to get this vehicle. Mike Clarke the salesman made this whole experience easy and as stress free as possible.
When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and he didn't rush me inside to get the deal done he let me go at my own pace which I loved. We had a lot of conversation when waiting to finish paperwork and it made the whole day and process at the dealership so much easier.

My service advisor is Eduin M. And this is the second time I've been on the receiving end of this most pleasant, courteous and thoughtful man. He always make sure I understand what is going to be done, the approximate time it may take, and if I need anything while I am waiting. The waiting area is always comfortable and I feel not only myself but my car are in good hands.
