10 business days after placing order with no movement. I attempted to change the size of an item and was told that was not allowed. Used to order from them all the time 10 years ago but it's gotten awful. Never doing business with them again.

Have order from them before. But this time says will shipp in 5 days. 10 days later they finally shipped my boots for my horse. That I need in a week. I hope they fit. I still need to order 2 more but it won't be from here. Very disappointing.

Super frustrating company. They were going to take over 30 days to ship a cinch I purchased. I sent and email about it nerver heard back and finally got ahold of customer service to be told it wasn't shipping for another few weeks. Will not purchase anything from this company.

Placed a large order for Christmas on November 28. Nothing arrived until after Christmas and an item was missing from the order. So disappointed. Won't be ordering from HorseLoverZ again.

Really frustrating inventory problem. I placed an order a week ago and have so far received 2 separate emails saying that they don't have in stock 3 of the 5 items I ordered! Customer service is not helpful at all, and now they want to charge me shipping because the order total is below the free shipping threshold because of THEIR inventory problem. This is not the first time this has happened and I will no longer buy from them.

The people in charge are dumb as a box of rocks. This company is located 100 miles from where I live. Delivery date is scheduled to occur on a date which is precisely two full weeks from the time I ordered my merchandise. Mr. Ed must be packing the orders and doing the shipping. If they screw up what I ordered, you will hear from me on that account as well.

Placed order online. Received item but charged high for shipping. Both items shipped together - no need for extra shipping. Heads up they could handle it differently.

I ordered Rabbit Scram. It was never received. With no follow up I emailed them. They replied it was not available. BUT they still have the product on their web site at a MUCH higher price!!! They goofed and failed to honor their price.Honesty is the best policy. Beware of their practices.

This is a scam company. I placed order in October, blankets never arrived, but I was charged. I plased order in February, no one bother to ship until I called, and they double charge. When you call, no one is answerig phone. This is total scam. Stay away.

What is happening? I placed an order and I have not received any information regarding the status of my order. I ordered winter jackets and it's winter. I have tried to call the customer service number to find out the order status, the phone number simply asks to leave a message, which I have done so twice. I have not received a call back. The internet states you are "temporarily closed". I would like to know the status of my order, so I can either know when I can expect to receive the order I placed or cancel the order and place the order with another company. Again, WHAT IS GOING ON?

Placing the order is easy. Trying to get your money back is so difficult!. I ordered a saddle for my wife on November 30. We received the saddle and the very next day decided it just wasn’t what she wanted. On December 13. We shipped it back to them.It’s now January 9 and we still have not gotten our refund. I called twice and every time they just tell me that it’s “still being processed. It takes several more business days” blah blah blah.When will these companies realize that they need to be more like Amazon and these other companies who refund you so much more quickly. Why would you deal with a company like this when it’s gonna take you over a month to get your refund. I don’t recommend them.
